WHY DEMENTIA FOR DESSERT?

Type 3 Diabetes

Sugar killed my husband. Not directly, as with a gun, but as a malicious and seductive accomplice.  Alzheimer’s is called type 3 diabetes, after all.

Richard loved his sweets ever since he was a little kid. He would sometimes eat a whole box of sugary cereal in one sitting, until the top of his mouth was sore.

Or devour four packages of M&Ms at a time. This was not good.

If you google “what is the link between sugar and Parkinson’s, or between sugar and dementia” you will find overwhelming evidence that sugar is not your friend.
