I just got through my 5th holiday season as a widow.  They get easier, but can still suck. I’ve put a lot of effort into being a better person through it all.  The journey is a long, but I’m grateful for it.  David Kessler’s work has really helped me a lot of over the years.

His book Finding Meaning: The Sixth Stage of Grief has been a great resource for me.  Here’s the link on Amazon.

He also has an awesome website.  I strongly recommend getting on his mailing list.  https://grief.com

And I love his most recent video about focusing on the small things.  https://www.davidkesslertraining.com/glimmers-of-hope
